Point Grondine Park, along with Wiikwemkoong’s Department of Lands and Natural Resources, is pleased to provide you with a guided interpretive hike highlighting our species and species of concern that make Point Grondine their home.
Get a chance to listen to one of the whippoorwills that reside along Recollet’s Summit or one of the eastern wood-pewees that nest along the Mahzenazing access route. Learn about the larger species that inhabit Point Grondine, such as the moose, black bear, snapping turtle. Observe or listen for warblers or other bird species on your list.
