1. To top it off – when @sarahfurch perfectly captured the Northern Lights over Georgian Bay

So I tried something a little different with this shot. I was looking for an interesting foreground feature when shooting the northern lights over Georgian Bay, but it was tough to get something that was exposed properly. To combat my lack of foreground I tried shining my headlamp into the water in front of me and found it created a cool effect! This image is one exposure with the following settings: exposure 30 sec, f/2.8, ISO-1270, 16mm.
