Cabins in the Maples was founded in 2011. It includes many outbuildings filled with gorgeous and rare antiques, as well as refurbished and recycled items. It’s beautiful rural setting makes it a pleasure to browse around. Overall, the atmosphere is relaxed and refreshing. Each season brings a different look to Cabins in the Maples: whether it is the fresh spring look, the blooming flowers in the summer, or the array of red and orange maple leaves during the fall.
Cabins in the Maples is located a few minutes off of Highway 17 in Rutherglen. All you have to do is follow the “Antiques / Collectibles / Repurposed” signs located every few kilometers. Cabins in the Maples also purchases used furniture to recycle and resell.
“I want to thank my husband, Garney Edmonds, whose dream was to own a “hardwood bush”. As a result this is what we created: A Labour of Love.”– Nancy Edmonds, Owner/Operator
