Big Bear Camp is located on the ever beautiful Horwood Lake, in the heart of the lushness of Northern Ontario. Big Bear Camp accommodates to hunters and anglers alike. When fishing at our camp you have the chance to hook into monster walleyes, northern pike, whitefish, and jumbo perch. Your stay with us will be in one of our modern cabins or in our campground. All our cabins are equipped with a screened in porch, and many other amenities. Updated docking facilities for those who wish to bring their boat along. Don’t have a boat? No worries, we have boat and motor rentals. Our camping facilities are all equipped with 15 amp or 20 amp hydro, water hook ups, and sewer pump outs are available.
We also offer a fully guided fall black bear hunt. Your hunt with us will include a stay in our modern cabins and transportation to and from your stand every time you go out. Pre-baited stands, guide services, tracking services, and the use of our walk in cooler and freezer. In addition to our black bear hunt, we also provide a non guided moose hunt. Our hunters enjoy a stay in our cabins, and use of our freezer and cooler system as well.
