Located off hwy 144, one hour south of Timmins on Mattagami Lake, in an excellent area for fishing and hunting. Minakwa Lodge caters to a variety of markets: it has a fully-serviced seasonal campground, a marina, 6 cottages, boat/motor rentals, a grocery/convenience store, gas, propane and a nice sandy beach with Aquapark. Minakwa Lodge is also a tourist outfitter with moose tags and BMAs in WMU 29. Directly located on the OFSC Top C snowmobile trail, Minakwa Lodge also caters to snowmobilers. As such, the cottages, store, gas and propane are open year-round.
Operates year round, 7 days a week 8am – 6pm.
