Kate Pocock is an award-winning travel writer who has published hundreds of articles in newspapers, magazines and online. As an editor, she helped to launch five publications including two travel magazines. Her favourite pastime, however, is to travel with her three kids, or nine nieces and nephews to discover intriguing stories.

Jessica from Turquoise Compass is a teacher at heart, but her true passion is traveling (especially to turquoise beaches), adventure, and trying new things. She has been to 32 countries and is ready to see more. She has completed hundreds of items on her bucket list and encourages others to live life to the fullest, while taking advantage of every opportunity that comes up. I write travel books based on lesser known attractions in Ontario. I have authored "Top 125 Unusual Things to See in Ontario," which includes features in Northeastern Ontario such as Cobalt, and the Sudbury area, as does "Rails Across Ontario" which covers rail related attractions, of which there are a number. Ontario's Northeast is one of my favourite regions to write about.

Kevin Callan is the author of fifteen books, including the best selling “The Happy Camper”, and the incredibly popular series of paddling guides. On a regular basis, he presents across North America and the U.K. and has been a key speaker at all the major outdoor events for over 25 years. Callan is also a frequent guest on radio and television and a regular contributor and columnist for Explore and CanoeRoots Magazine. He is a winner of several National Magazine Awards and film awards and was just listed one of the top 100 modern day explorers by the Canadian Geographical Society. He was also made Patron Paddler for Paddle Canada.

Stephen Bischoff is a travel writer and the creator of the travel blog ShamelessTraveler.com. Three years ago fed up with cubicle life Stephen set out on a journey to find something more. After signing a contract to teach in South Korea he proceeded to travel over 26 countries and 3 continents. After riding motorcycles around Vietnam, living and training with Shaolin Monks in China, and witnessing an exorcism in Mongolia his adventure continues. Amy Nesbitt is a professional angler and outdoorswoman from Northeastern Ontario. When she’s not on the water, she is studying to become a Registered Practical Nurse. Amy caught her first fish when she was two years old, entered her first tournament when she was eight, and has been in love with the sport ever since. A fierce advocate for women anglers, Amy has over 100 tournaments under her belt, two first place finishes, a Classic win, countless Top Tens, and was named Rookie of the Year 2010 Top 50 Pike.
